I have always had a special interest in working with adolescents and families, but in recent years have shifted my focus to include parenting issues and adults. I use a variety of approaches to meet my client’s needs highlighting the importance of forming and accepting goals and exploring the personal and environmental issues that may interrupt that process. With a holistic approach, I help clients gain insight, learn advocacy, and look at important relationships. Creating a safe space and a trusting relationship, my clients are able to actively engage in this process with the comfort needed to make change.
