I believe strongly in the capacity of people to learn, grow and change, regardless of their age or circumstances. My job as a therapist is to help support you and collaborate with you as you take the steps that will lead to the changes you want to achieve. If you choose to work with me, you can expect a relationship and working approach that reflects my core values, which prioritize fairness, understanding, openness, respect for autonomy, partnership, and acting with intentionality and thoughtfulness.
