Personal Statement
I guide my clients on a journey of discovery, believing that everyone has the power and capacity to elicit change. My approach is to create a trusting, caring, and safe space where clients feel open to the therapeutic process. I employ a combination of Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness to build a client’s internal toolbox. The goal is to provide each client with a wide range of strategies, empowering them to successfully manage their lives.
Communication is a core element of my process. With a focus on what is being said in combination with what is being heard, I help clients understand how communication affects relationships. I also incorporate the power of positive self-talk.
