About Me
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and relatable. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where each client feels comfortable exploring their challenges, gaining greater self-awareness, and working toward meaningful change. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to the unique needs and experiences of each individual.
My clinical approach is grounded in a diverse range of therapeutic frameworks, including family systems theory, psychodynamic principles, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also incorporate mindfulness practices, walk-and-talk therapy, and strengths-based interventions to enhance the therapeutic experience.Â
My work often incorporates a holistic perspective, recognizing the important connection between emotional well-being, physical health, and the mind-body relationship. In addition to my clinical training, I am certified in Integrative Nutrition and have taught yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over two decades. These practices can be thoughtfully integrated into therapy when they support a client’s goals and feel appropriate to their individual journey.
