About Me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in work with teens, couples, and family systems. In my clinical training I developed a strong foundation in systemic and relational therapy with an emphasis on psychodynamic processes. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within the context of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
My background includes over a decade of experience working with children and families as a counselor, educator, and case manager. These early roles provided a foundation for my understanding of the developmental needs of children, the challenges of parenting, and the power of relationships. Today, I continue to be deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families through various life challenges.
I specialize in family systems work and identity development, and I have a passion for working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create an affirming space where clients of all identities feel understood, respected, and empowered. I have worked individually with teens and young adults exploring who they are, as well as with families navigating how to best support their children through times of growth and transition.
In addition to my work with individuals and families, I am trained in working with couples and am passionate about working with dyads across lines of difference. I am trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy and draw from several psychodynamic and experiential models in my practice, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Object Relations, and Attachment Theory. This integrative lens allows me to tailor therapy to each unique client or system.
At the core of my practice is a belief that therapy is a collaborative process – one where curiosity, connection, and insight guide the work of transformation. Together, we will explore your story, deepen your understanding of self and others, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
