About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that provides individual, couples and family therapy to adolescents, young adults and adults. Before entering private practice, I worked at Rogers Behavioral Health in their partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. I began as a Behavioral Specialist in the Adolescent Depression Recovery Program and later transitioned to a Family Therapist role, working across various child and adolescent programs. I also have experience in both psychiatric inpatient and outpatient settings.

In addition to providing parent coaching and family support, I specialize in helping individuals manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and negative thinking patterns. I also focus on improving relationships and navigating life transitions. My approach helps clients learn to tolerate and cope with emotional distress while gaining insight into how past experiences have shaped them.

My style is direct and honest, yet compassionate and authentic. I strive to meet my clients where they are and empower them to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

  • Insurance : I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO.
  • Education : I earned my Master’s of Arts with a concentration in Clinical Social Work from University of Chicago and my bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
