About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can gain insight, work through emotional challenges, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

My clinical background is rooted in child development, and I’ve provided both individual and group therapy across a variety of settings—including schools, therapeutic programs, community mental health centers, and outpatient clinics. These diverse experiences have deepened my appreciation for the transformative power of therapy and the healing potential of human connection.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Psychodynamic theory, helping clients explore underlying patterns and emotional experiences that shape their lives.   I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and emotional healing. I bring empathy, authenticity, and openness to each session, supporting clients in identifying their strengths and goals. My style is warm and relational, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel truly seen—especially during life’s most vulnerable moments. While change can be uncomfortable, we’ll approach it together with curiosity, compassion, and hope.
