About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with anyone 14+ who is looking to dive in and explore themselves and their relationships. I also work with couples and families with a strong focus on effective communication and relational needs. I welcome in Sex Therapy clients who are looking for a reflective space to explore their own sexuality and dismantle the barriers between them and a flourishing play-minded sex life.

I specialize in working with sex therapy clients (both individual and couples), LGBTQIA+ populations, and non-monogamous relationship structures. I work from a Narrative approach with clients, often exploring where they learned or developed certain mentalities and how those shifted over time. I incorporate Psychodynamic, EFT, and Existential work into this approach, along with occasional Cognitive/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy tools when appropriate.

I believe that a profound and trusting therapeutic relationship comes from both the client and therapist bringing their whole selves into the room. I am open and candid with my clients and will show them bountiful excitement and curiosity as we discuss what is on your mind. I also expect a lot out of my clients and push them to develop that same excitement and curiosity towards themselves. Therapy gives us a venue to learn what is holding us back from our connections and how to balance our internal and external resources in a fulfilling way.
