I help gay men and relationships of all configurations heal from complex trauma, relationship conflict, major life transitions, and grief so they can feel more connected to themselves and the people they love. As a gay therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, relationships, and families heal from complex trauma. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to create a warm, collaborative, experiential, and affirming space for growth. I also believe therapy can include humor, honesty, and some sarcasm along the way.

Outside of therapy, I love collecting contemporary art, going to the gym, and cooking for family and friends.
