About Me

I practice in the Northbrook and Chicagoland area and I provide individual therapy to children 10+, adolescents, young adults and adults. I completed my clinical internship at MaineStay Youth & Family Services, working with clients across the lifespan in Maine Township as a member of their clinical team.

I grew up in the Northbrook area. I was an athlete who grew up playing hockey and lacrosse and working as a lifeguard and children’s swim instructor in the summers. I went to business school and began my professional life in the business world. As is common, no path is straight, and after some serious self-reflection I discovered my true path is to work with people as a counselor, doing what I can to be of service to others.

My therapy style is client-centered and focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I work to meet my clients where they are at and tailor the therapy process to best meet each client’s unique situation and needs. I believe that positive results in therapy stem from a clinician and client relationship that is built on trust, honesty, understanding and compassion.

My goal is to help you process what you are facing, develop an increased sense of self-awareness and the confidence needed to meet and address the challenges in your life. Therapy can often be difficult but it is a collaborative process that I truly believe has the power to change lives.

I am looking forward to meeting you!
