About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in women’s issues, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, alone, and worn down on the inside. Together, we’ll approach what you’re carrying with curiosity, deepen our understanding, and explore growth that fits into your daily life. I’m particularly passionate about supporting women across the lifespan and helping adolescents and young adults as they navigate important developmental and emotional milestones.

My work is grounded in the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, attuned, and collaborative space where we move at your pace, listen closely to what’s coming up, and gently explore patterns shaped by relationships, attachment, and life experience. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs and values, often pulling from Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based modalities.

Supporting clients both big and little, I enjoy incorporating creativity, humor, and playfulness to foster connection and growth. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time — it can also be a place of curiosity, lightness, and noticing small glimmers of hope. I’m excited to meet you!
