About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, career changes, dating and relationships, anxiety, and self-esteem. My goal is to provide you with a safe, trustworthy, and non-judgmental space.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in finance in New York City where I struggled to strike a balance between work and my personal life. I understand that it is not uncommon for high-achieving individuals to struggle with anxiety, imposter syndrome, or finding fulfillment and purpose. My life experience has given me a level of understanding as it relates to navigating life in a high stress job in today’s world.
In addition to working with professionals and career changers, I specialize in working with people who are navigating life transitions and identity development, helping you to figure out what it all means and shaping the stories we tell ourselves. I practice collaboratively, empathically, and fully from the notion of meeting individuals where they are at, and not utilizing a one-size-fits all approach.
Therapy is a space where you can be your full, authentic self. Together with my clients, we strive to foster personal growth and discover new ways to lead a more satisfying life.
