Personal Statement

I am compassionate, open minded, and strive to facilitate a safe space where my clients can be vulnerable and explore their growth areas. I am both direct and collaborative with my clients, and I often utilize the “here and now” approach to identify and address inimical patterns of behavior.  I aim to provide my clients with skills and insights that allow them to thrive and be resilient well beyond our sessions and the course of therapy.
