About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician. I lead New Moon Perinatal Therapy, a specialized program devoted to supporting the emotional complexity of the reproductive and parenting years. I work with individuals and couples navigating infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, offering therapy that is both clinically grounded and emotionally attuned.
Through my own journey to motherhood, I came to understand how layered and unpredictable the path to parenthood can be. The emotional terrain of trying to conceive, carrying a pregnancy, grieving a loss, or raising a child is rarely linear—and often holds both joy and grief, fear and hope. I understand how becoming a parent can awaken old wounds, shift identity, and stir up emotions you didn’t expect. This is a place to land when things feel blurry, heavy, or harder than you thought they’d be. You don’t have to explain why it’s hard. You just have to show up—and I’ll meet you there, with warmth, clarity, and respect for all that you’re carrying.
My background in early childhood therapy laid the foundation for how I support parents today—with an understanding that our earliest relationships shape how we move through the world. Parenting can bring our own unmet needs to the surface and leave us questioning what’s “normal” to feel. In our work together, we create space to untangle those patterns, make sense of what’s surfacing, and help you feel more anchored, equipped, and seen. I believe the well-being of parents is the cornerstone of raising emotionally healthy children.
I also specialize in working with couples as they navigate the transitions of parenthood. Our work focuses on restoring connection, strengthening communication, and helping you feel more seen and understood by each other. I support partners through parenting differences, intimacy struggles, and the disconnection that can arise in times of stress and change. Whether you’re grieving, adjusting, or simply trying to stay close in the chaos of it all, I bring warmth, steadiness, and a deep respect for your relationship.
