About Me
I see individual adults and adolescents, as well as families and couples from diverse backgrounds. I have experience working with anxiety, phobias, depression, grief and loss, trauma, substance dependency, marital and family conflicts, parenting challenges, difficulty launching, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I believe that psychotherapy is a way to learn, grow, change, and heal through a relationship. It’s a way to better understand ourselves, how we think, feel, and behave with the help of another human, the therapist. I offer a safe space to explore and experience. We take an in-depth look into one’s story, personality, behavior, emotions, and thoughts. The goal is to better understand ourselves, so we can make better choices and have a better life.
I’m glad to offer a 15 minute consultation call to learn about your unique situation and plan how to move forward.
