Perinatal Mental Health

At New Moon Perinatal Therapy, we are passionately devoted to guiding you through the challenges and transitions of your reproductive and parenting journey. Our name reflects the natural cycles of women’s health, symbolizing new beginnings, healing, and growth. Like the moon—representing empowerment, fertility, and renewal—our therapy offers a safe space to navigate life’s transitions, heal emotional wounds, and build resilience throughout the perinatal years.
Using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, our team of clinicians are certified (or pursuing certification) through Postpartum Support International (PSI), a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping individuals and couples through the emotional changes associated with preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss.
We recognize that the path to parenthood is a deeply personal experience, marked by moments of joy, excitement, fear, and uncertainty. Our expert perinatal therapists provide a supportive space where your unique experiences are honored and your needs are thoughtfully addressed. We are attuned to the vulnerability and sensitivity of this time and are here to ensure no one feels alone during one of life’s most significant transitions.
