I realize that everyone is unique, and will have different wants and needs within the counseling setting. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy! Let’s accomplish what feels best for you through building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. I love to incorporate client’s interests and goals in session to best understand them and personalize their experience.
