About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focusing on perinatal mental health and parenting support for parents of young children. I also specialize in child therapy for children from toddlerhood to elementary school. I provide compassionate care to individuals and families navigating the complexities of pregnancy, childbirth, early parenthood, and raising children.  I understand the unique highs and lows that come with these life stages. I’m here to offer a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My personal experience with infertility and miscarriage on my journey to parenthood allows me to have a unique perspective that can foster empathy and understanding. I’m here to ensure that clients feel acknowledged, supported, and understood during this vulnerable and transformative period in their lives. The transition to parenthood can bring about a rollercoaster of emotions and challenges. As a parent, I relate to the unique joys and difficulties of raising a child. I’m committed to helping parents develop practical strategies and coping skills to address their parenting concerns. With a focus on child development and attachment, I can help empower parents to transform parenting struggles into opportunities for growth and connection. In addition to my perinatal and parent support focus, I work with children who need extra help with emotional regulation, challenging behaviors, and social skills. I prioritize developing a trusting relationship with young clients. I believe in play therapy to help young  children process their emotions and develop effective coping strategies. I focus on creating a caring and accepting space where you can explore your emotions, concerns, and experiences without judgment. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I’ll help you process past experiences, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build resilience.

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Emory University, a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
