I help people understand themselves better so they can make better choices that lead to healthier actions. We explore together how you feel, think, what you expect of yourself and others, how you have operated and made decisions.

The goal is how to have a better life. This may lead us to reflect on family issues, the system or community you are a part of, your love relationships, losses, powerful emotions that drive you as well as how you have coped and adjusted to life struggles. This includes developing new skills in communications and effectively understanding and expressing emotions.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, Ph.D. and my experiences include being a Director of Family Therapy at a residential mental health facility, a Clinical Director at a Cancer Support Center, Teacher/Professor at major universities, Psychological Hospital
Consultant, School Consultant, and Developer of a pain management program. Also, I am a certified Equine Therapist, have been a Psychological Consultant to a past Presidential Inauguration and supervised and trained many therapists and professionals. I have also published and presented extensively throughout the United States and other countries. I work with patients individually, as couples, in families and in groups.
