Personal Statement

Our thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors impact us on a daily basis and can at times cause great distress. There are times in life when we all need help in understanding ourselves better. I understand how difficult it can be for people to start exploring issues that are causing them distress and I  provide the serenity, the warmth and the genuine understanding to enable clients to express themselves openly and honestly. I understand the importance of establishing a trust based relationship with clients to ensure they feel safe enough to move forward and to overcome challenges. Knowledge of how the human mind works, coupled with a deep  interest in people and my own life experience all help me strive to provide the right environment for a positive therapeutic experience. I look forward to meeting you!
