Leah Seligman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience providing psychotherapy to a diverse population of clients. She attended Bard College and received her BA in psychology from State University of New York at New Paltz, before obtaining her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University. Leah works in the non-profit sector and is currently the Director of Thresholds, Inc., a large mental health agency in Chicago. Through her work in providing counseling to children, adolescents, and parents, she has extensive experience helping adolescents work through issues including building and maintaining positive self-image, appropriately adjusting to emotional, social, and life changes, and forming healthy and positive familial and peer relationships.
