Personal Statement

I believe that change occurs through a compassionate and trusting therapeutic relationship cultivated by understanding and unconditional support. I use a warm and direct approach, as I believe clients enter therapy in search of strategies and practical solutions to remedy their problems and address emotional burdens.

I work to help my clients gain insight, develop an understanding of negative patterns, and repair and build lasting and meaningful relationships. I recognize the importance of creating a safe space to explore negative core beliefs, maladaptive  coping strategies, and underlying issues affecting individuals from achieving balance and peace.

For me, there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing the transformation that occurs when clients feel supported to navigate difficult emotions and tackle their problems.
