Personal Statement
I believe that everyone has an innate tendency to grow and move in a positive direction. Sometimes life obstacles get in the way of seeing that force – and this is exactly where psychotherapy can play an important role. Trust and respect are at the heart of any forward-moving relationship, and these values will be present throughout our work. Through a non-judgmental attitude and a warm empathic approach, I’ll work hard to understand your personal experiences. Within all of this, we’ll find an emotional rhythm that uniquely suits you in hopes of making the changes that help you create a meaningful life.
